Nothing in life would be possible without the right partners, and this counts for all aspects. At the Chantel Rall Foundation we are blessed with amazing partners who really came to the fore and went above and beyond.
First of all we need to mention Bruce and Steyn from Worldsport. As Chantel’s last employers, they were first of all 300% supportive of her struggle and never wavered in their support of her, and now, in the absence of the amazing lady herself, they have committed to being a part of the Foundation. It started with the Discovery World Triathlon in Cape Town where they waived the entry fee for all the participants who wore LoveChanty riding tops, and even to the point where they introduced the Chantel Rall Medal for Bravery at next year’s event. They were also instrumental in setting up the Fundracers website and in continuing their amazing support. The Bi5 Sport Challenge, part of the Pick & Pay Knysna Oyster Festival, is also one of their events, and they made it possible to launch the Foundation at this event.
Rockets Sportswear is also a big help and Lorike and Richard took endless phone calls and emails in getting the clothing range up and running and we look forward to a great working relationship going forward. Rockets/Medac’s traditional strengths and knowledge is gained from working with sports team and athletes, enabling them to produce a high quality retail brand of compression sports wear and functional training equipment. The full Rockets range strives to narrow the gap between professional and recreational sports through the provision of quality and affordable sports products with recognised scientific support. Rockets has been a strong advocate of paying it forward in life and business and by getting on board with various charities and foundations. Richard and Lorike knew Chantel, so this time it is also very personal, and they make a big difference in our goal to spread the message around the Chantel Rall Foundation.
